Week 1 weight loss progress: Weight -1.1kg, Body Fat -0.4%. 3.1kg yet to lose.

  2. All I did last week was one 30 mins fitness class, watched what I ate from Monday to Wednesday (ate lots of fruit) and normal from Thursday to Sunday (ie even had dessert one meal a day!).

    GOSH!! I was about to post on my progress (which nothing being lost) and now seeing u lost 1.1kg with 1 dessert a day????? Argh.... KILL ME!!

  5. I have a good news and a bad news. Good news is I made a mistake with my body fat %. It was actually -1.3% body fat, instead of -0.4%. Wow! Meaning out of the 1.1kg that I lost, 1kg is fat!!! Not bad after just a week.

    Bad news is I ate too much yesterday so I put on 0.5kg!! Haha!!!

    It's ok. I'm have an exercise session today and Thursday.
