有一天，E洗澡後，我們如常地在我們的床上替她換睡衣。換好後，她自己爬下床。她爸爸下樓下，她也想跟隨他到樓下。看到她準備爬下樓梯，我告訴她，"Ellie 'oi oi'囉。" 她聽了立刻笑著改變方向，爬進自己的房間。我們看了不解，互問對方，"我們倆都不聽話，到底她像誰啊？？"

Ellie cried non-stop for almost an hour yesterday evening (suspected teething). After failing to make her stop crying, I got really really frustrated. She eventually stopped crying after I gave her infant paracetamol. She was obviously in great pain yet I still lost my temper. Some days I feel like I'm such a bad mum. To say I feel guilty is an understatement....

We now have a cleaner who comes weekly. I'm a happy bunny because the house hasn't been so clean in a looooong time. Money well spent! :)

天啊！由於放產假期間還是有年假和公共假期派，我累積了好多假。32天假至到年尾！

人生無常。一個36歲的朋友不煙不酒差不多天天上健身房做運動，家族也沒有人有過癌症。可是她患上了乳癌，癌細胞還擴散到淋巴腺。希望她痊癒！

成功熬過上班的第一個星期。T負責送E到托兒所，我負責接。我們三個都好累。幸好我只需一星期上四天班。每星期有三天週末真好。昨晚T還在H店買了份禮物給我。禮物雖然小，原來不容易買。T問了好幾間H店都沒貨。他留下名片叫店員有貨就告訴他。謝謝他貼心的驚喜！

Due to the recent disturbance in London, most shops are closing early to avoid being looted. However a bookshop (or a chain of bookshop) remained open. An employee said on the news, "we'll stay open, if they steal some books they might learn something. " Hahaha! Love the British sense of humour.
