香港人愛到沙巴過新年，搞到機票貴得要命而且機滿。可惡！令到T不能來沙巴和女兒過她的第一個新年。我失望極了！ 也很內咎。。。

那天和我一個單身男性朋友談電話。'妳現在的生活應該很空閒吧。北鼻只是吃睡疴。' 哈哈，如果真的是這麼簡單多好。

10/11/10 嬰兒用品真貴！剛買了兩張新Stokke床單給Ellie。二十多鎊一張！我的天啊...

21/10/10 To thank us for our business, BMW has given us £250 (I think) worth of voucher to have our pictures taken at Venture!! The voucher expires in a month time. OMG, I need a haircut and to lose some baby weight!!

20/10/10 Three months after I gave birth, I can finally fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans!!!! Woo hoo!!!

13/10/10 Went to the embassy to sign some docs. Took me a whole day to get it sorted. Left home just before 8 and only got home about 6. Had to use various forms of transport - trains, buses and underground! Plus lots of walking. If that wasn't bad enough, I was carrying ellie and 2.5kg of documents the whole time!!!!!! Both Ellie and I are exhausted. Never ever again!

28/09/10 When my dad found out I'm taking one-year maternity leave, 'won't you get bored?' Well, quite to the contrary, my social calendar is fuller than ever! Baby massage course, baby yoga course, baby swimming course, baby first aid course will keep us busy till the end of this year. Will signed up for more courses for next year.

12/09/10 Sigh. I wonder which one is worse - her using dummy/pacifier for comfort or my breasts....>.<

5/9/10 I'm very relieved Ellie behaved during our friend's wedding ceremony and reception. Phew... Back to London tomorrow.

25/08/10 Terry is out tonight. I had to bathe Ellie and put her to bed on my own for the very first time. I was nervous but somehow managed to do it. Phew...

14/07/10 I don't know how much weight I put on during my pregnancy. I stopped weighing myself in the last 1-2 month because it was rather depressing. I weighed myself this morning. I have 6kg to lose to reach my pre-pregnancy weight. Hmmm...

We want to get ellie's passport sorted sooner rather than later. Going back to the far east in dec and also want to go somewhere nearer before that!

02/07/10 36 weeks, my bump has visibly dropped, baby is head down, head 3/5th engaged. My body is like the NASA base, getting ready for the rocket launch. Except this 'rocket' will shoot downwards instead of upwards.

26/06/10 Making the most of my freedom while I still can. We were out for 12 hours today. Shopping, lunch with friends, chill out and dinner. What a lovely day.

20/06/10 It's 4 o'clock in the morning and I can't sleep. T was going through excruciating pain so I stayed awake to comfort him. He's asleep now but I'm still up because I'm furious. Due to heavy traffic, he had to drive 5 and a half hours, instead of 3, to pick his cousin up. I don't know how on earth he can manage to send her back to school today. Don't get me wrong. I'm not furious at the young girl because it's not her fault. It's her parents and a family member of T's whom I dare not to mention here that I have problem with for putting us in this situation! T was too nice so he couldn't say no to them. I, on the other hand, am not that righteous! The 'filial piety is the core of the Chinese culture' card won't wash with me! So don't expect me to show unquestioning obedience to your unreasonable request just because you are older than me!

05/05/10 Oh I love technology! I put dirty clothes into our washer dryer before going to work, I will have clean, dry clothes when I get back. I put dirty dishes into the dishwasher, 30 minutes later I have sparkling clean dishes. I have sky+ (equivalent to astro in MY) so I can pause live and record live tv. If I'm out and I decide to record a programme?No problem! There is a free iPhone app which enables me to remote control my sky+ wherever I am.

23/04/10 Almost all hotels in Verona, even the 5-star ones, are very old and dated. Including the one I booked. T has been trying to persuade me to book a suite but it's double in price.... I don't know what to do... :( Should we save or spend?

24/03/10 I have offered my seat on the train to a pregnant woman. Well, she has bigger bump than me so she needs to sit down more than me. I even bent down to pick up her phone after she dropped it. The disadvantage of me not having a big bump (yet) = lose my 'privilage' as a pregnant woman when in public.

23/03/10 When I was lying on bed last night, the little bugger was stretching in my tummy. It felt like an alien was trying to come out. It totally freaked me out! :s

22/03/10 After I woke up from my afternoon nap yesterday, I realised hubby had prepared the dinners for the whole week. When I come back from work this week, all I have to do is boil some rice. I really can't thank this guy enough.

21/3/10 It's 11.30 and I'm still lying awake thinking about the covering for our kitchen walls... My heart is saying glass. My head is saying ceramic tiles which are 1/10th of the glass cost. Sigh. It's not fun being an adult.

26/02/10 I was moaning about being fat (again) last night. Hubby dearest said to me, "you can starve yourself after giving birth but right now you have got to eat!!" I took his words to heart and bought 3 slices of cake from the charity cake sale at work. Finished all in half an hour, colleagues looked at me in amazement. (I can almost hear hubby's voice in my head -"when I said eat, I meant eat food with nutrition!!!" ;p
