15/06/09 Lost 2kg in 2 weeks but I still have a long way to go!

  3. I try to limit my daily calories intake to 1000kcal. The fact that the weather is much milder now makes it easy. As I prefer to eat something light such as salad on warm days.

    I also try to do powerplate 3 times a week and take protein shake which also work as meal replacement drink. :)
