Ellie cried for a little while after realising I was gone. When I got back for 2.5 hours, she just smiled when she saw me and kept on playing.
As for meeting with my boss... He has no problem with me working 4 days but he proposed I crammed my 5 days week hours into 4 days, instead of going part time! Good things are I will get the same pay, same holiday allowance etc. But I will need to work long hours!! 8.75 hours a day x 4 days. :-(

I was hoping i can work 7 hours a day x 4 days. I don't mind the reduced pay.
