Endoscopy is a medical procedure that is used to asses the internal organs by inserting a tube through the throat under sedation. We were disappointed no gallstones were found by ultrasound.if there were,at least we know what cause the pain. He had pain in the same area many years ago.the pain was so bad he couldn't move and make any sound.he had ultrasound scan and endoscopy in hk but they couldn't find what was wrong with him.hope we can find out this time.
Mr Wong has the pain for many years, hope this round of endoscopy can find out the actual cause of his pain, sure you are very worry now, hope everythings will be fine....... Ling, we will be with you.
He has just been to see the consultant.bad news is he can't have endoscopy this week as he has flu-like symptoms.good news are blood test result and ultrasound scan result are all good.
He had the endoscopy this afternoon. They couldn't find anything so they have taken some samples for further examination. He's otherwise doing well. Even went straight to work after waking up after sedation!

ReplyDeleteIt is unlikely to be hernia as hernia can be diagnosed by ultrasound scan.his scan shows everything is normal.
